Charity Dandak
Charity is an international development consultant and Principal of PAC Consulting, with over 25 years’ experience across Africa, Asia and Europe. She has worked with leading INGOs including WaterAid and Sightsavers, delivering results across complex federated organisations — from grassroots programme delivery in Nigeria to headquarter-level strategic leadership in London.
Charity has collaboratively mobilised and managed over £50 million from donors including FCDO, the EU, BMGF, USAID and Standard Chartered Bank, achieving a 78% proposal success rate. Her work spans institutional fundraising strategy, partnership development, grant lifecycle management, programme design, capacity building and participatory research — with deep expertise in disability-inclusive development and the gendered dimensions of caregiving.
Currently pursuing doctoral research at the University of Sussex, Charity brings a rare ability to bridge strategy and practice, the Global North and Global South, evidence and action — all underpinned by a passionate commitment to equity, trust-based funding and locally-led development.
